Study Timetable
Copy this timetable and personalise it to help you prepare for exams and assessment tasks, particularly at busy times of the year. (It has come out a bit squashed here but you can make your own or fix this back in Word…)
Here are some suggestions for using the timetable
- The hour blocks should include no more than a 45-50 minute session. Use the extra 10-15 min to have a cup of tea, email a friend, run around the block or read a chapter of a book etc etc.
- Switch regularly between different subjects
- Reward yourself with social, TV or hobby time
- Keep up a solid routine of exercise. This is good for the brain and heart.
- Divide each subject (e.g. Science) into sub-units that can be realistically worked on in a 45 minute block.
