  • Prepare sandwiches
  • Practical exam (all practical modules covered to date)
  • Apply hospitality skills in the workplace
 

 

 

 

Term 1

 

  • Implement food safety procedures
  • Prepare appetisers and salads
  • Serve food and beverages to customers
  • Prepare and serve non-alcoholic drinks
 

Week 9        Mid Course theory exam

 

Week 10      Work Placement

 

 

Term 2

 

  • Develop and update hospitality industry knowledge
  • Participate in environmentally sustainable work practices
  • Practical exam (all practical modules covered to date)
 

 

Week 1        Work Placement Journals                       due

 

Weeks 8/9   Trial HSC

 

Term 3

 

  • Provide food and beverages service
  • Apply hospitality skills in the workplace
  • Prepare and service espresso coffee
